1. Digital nature of our services

• All our products are digital files (photographs in digital format).

• Once a photo has been edited and delivered, it is considered a completed service.

2. No refunds after delivery

• Due to the custom and digital nature of our work, no refunds or returns will be issued once the photos have been retouched and delivered.

• By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this condition.

3. Exceptional cases

Refunds may only be considered in the following situations:

• Duplicate payment due to a technical error.

• If the service was not delivered according to the agreed terms.
